Vocal remove is utter crap. It kills like 65% of the bandwidth rather than just 1-2 MHz range
Im a professional hip hop music producer for Def Jam, and I been looking for an app like forever that will do at least most things the stock music app will do & also change the speed of the music, which means changing the tempo & pitch equally, which "screws" the music as we call it down in Htown. This looks like the closest I will ever come to it. The EQ needs a lot of work. It needs a preamp and many more bands, like many more all the way up to 16 or 20khz and many more down to 20 or 30 hz. The vocal remove is like what on earth did this do to my music?!? The speed changer is what I was looking for and its almost perfect, it just may need a little work cuz when a very high frequency tone is played in lower speed it will make it have this odd low quality mid range sound coming out of it too like a worn out tape or something. Other than that that feature is perfect, I love the interlock feature, that was exactly what I was looking for, because in most apps changing the tempo and pitch separately causes low quality echo sounding things which is really cuz of the change in sample rate without changing pitch to match, so u hear less audio per second, making a echo type effect. Im not worried bout the EQ problem cuz I already got EqualizerEverywhere which eqs errything on ur phone. But the one thing I really want to see in this app is lock screen & control center music control. After that it really will be perfect.
Vocal canceler worked perfectly, exactly what I needed!!
I have downloaded so many music apps, and I am still in shock how much better this app sounds than most others. Dont know why it is so much better either. The sound is much cleaner and open sounding once I added a touch of delay and reverb. With a touch, the sound became huge, clearer, precise, and well, just more open. Like cleaning mud off of speakers. Highly recommended!
Like the other person said. Impress. Im the type that dont like new, modern day songs. I was tired of listening to my favorite song style. So I wanted to change its style to softer-softer type. Mostly beats. Well, I got what I wanted. You can fully adjust, set, equalize what your ear wants to hear. This app works like your music player also.
